Lisha Bustos

Lisha currently works as the manager of instructional design for Skaggs School of Pharmacy on the Anschutz Medical Campus. In her current role, she provides pedagogical training and technology aid for faculty and students. Course coordination and program support also fall under her purview. After receiving her MA in Education from Adams State in 2010 she taught middle school humanities and college prep courses at Adams State. Her experiences in the classroom proved to be an invaluable resource when she started her journey as an instructional designer. Current projects include establishing the Instructional Design Service Center, implementing online exams in the entry level PharmD program and evaluating new software to increase student engagement. Lisha enjoys travelling, spending time with her husband and 4 children, and never passes up an opportunity to take a nap!
