As a part of the CU community that values lifelong learning, you are encouraged to seek opportunities to discover and grow professionally. There are a number of avenues available to you, with options as simple as tutorials at your desktop to attending an EduTalks Seminar at the new and nearby University of Colorado Denver South campus. This is an opportunity to enhance the probability of career advancement by enriching your knowledge and subsequently boosting your value to the organization.
Listed below are links to a variety of professional development courses, seminars, workshops and desktop tutorials. You are welcome to identify relevant training opportunities and discuss your attendance with your supervisor. For those courses with registration fees, there is a professional development fund to cover costs up to $1,000, available to all Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS) staff attending job-relevant training. Please submit requests using the Staff Professional Development Request Form. The request will automatically route to your supervisor, as well as HR and Finance, for approval. You will receive an email notification once your request is fully approved.

3. CareerTrack and Fred Pryor Seminars provide numerous professionally developed seminars on a variety of topics, including management and leadership, project and time management, marketing and social media, communication and personal development, business writing and grammar, and more.
4. The EduTalks Series serves up interactive, stimulating and mind-expanding professional education from leading University of Colorado subject matter experts.
