The University of Colorado’s Palliative Care Program is a collaborative, interprofessional degree pooling expert faculty and resources from CU’s School of Medicine, College of Nursing, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and the Graduate School.

As a School, we are constantly promoting how the pharmacy profession is expanding the realm of patient-centered pharmacy practice. Palliative care represents another opportunity where pharmacists can expand their practice in end of life care. ​​​​
