Chandler Follett PharmD

Dr. Chandler Follett is a dedicated hospital pharmacist, currently serving as the Pharmacy Outreach Specialist and Clinical Instructor for the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. With a background in clinical pharmacy at Parkview Medical Center and UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center, Chandler has consistently aimed to enhance patient care through interdisciplinary and personalized pharmaceutical interventions.

Driven by her passion for the pharmacy profession, Chandler actively advocates for raising awareness of the diverse career opportunities within pharmacy and the significant impact pharmacists have on patients and healthcare systems. She spearheads programs at undergraduate and community colleges, as well as high schools, to educate students about the pivotal role of pharmacists and provide support for their career development. Chandler's tireless efforts extend to educating and inspiring not only students but also advisors and community members about the vital contributions pharmacists make to patient care worldwide.

An ardent advocate for pharmacists in underserved and rural areas, Chandler leads the advanced pharmacy practice experience in Guatemala, a program she initiated during her time as a pharmacy student. She is committed to mentoring aspiring pharmacists and guiding them to discover their passions within the field.

Chandler earned her BS in Biology and a BA in Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she also excelled as a Division One soccer player (Go Seahawks!). She furthered her education with a PharmD from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. When not immersed in pharmacy outreach, Chandler enjoys pushing her limits by trekking in the majestic mountains worldwide, skiing, traveling, and competing in triathlons.
