Dr. Fink serves as a clinical pharmacy specialist for Clinica Family Health Services, a system of Federally Qualified Health Centers providing care to underserved populations in Denver and some of the surrounding communities. She helps manage a wide variety of conditions including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, smoking cessation, and anticoagulation under collaborative practice agreements. Her clinic serves as a rotation site for pharmacy students, PGY1, and PGY2 pharmacy residents. Her areas of interest include demonstrating value of clinical pharmacists in the primary care setting, integrating clinical pharmacists into interdisciplinary teams, and promoting clinical pharmacy services as a means for reducing health disparities for underserved populations.
Dr. Fink serves as a faculty advisor for the Colorado Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSSHP) chapter at the school of pharmacy. She also serves as co-chair of the Education Committee for the APhA Care of Underserved Patients Special Interest Group and has served on various committees within the ACCP Ambulatory Care PRN. She is currently appointed to the 2022 ACCP Global Conference on Clinical Pharmacy Program Committee.
